HR Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Record and update Staff Database into HR system
  • Process HR official Document/Letter
  • Process bank account for new employee
  • Process and claim health and accident insurance for employee
  • Staff movement record and company org. chart weekly update
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave records
  • Process Monthly Payrolls
  • Support HR compliant processes
  • Support company events organization by HR Department
  • Support employee onboarding program
  • Performance Appraisal activities
  • Daily and weekly report to HR Manager
  • Other tasks assigned by L&D Manager/HR Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • Good in English Language
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
