Senior HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing Staffing and movement administration including, recruitment, transfer, promotion, upgrade, confirmation, contract renewal and resignation
  • Support in managing the new hire induction process by organizing orientation program and providing relevant information via employee handbook to ensure successful assimilation of new staff into the company.
  • Keep database of potential candidates and candidate’s applications for the future usage
  • Liaise with authorities to ensure company are in compliance with Cambodia labor law
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
  • Develop and update weekly and monthly report to HR Manager
  • Coordinate with HR officer in processing payroll
  • Coordinate day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Other tasks assigned by HR and Admin Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience related to HR or Administration
  • Computer literacy especially MS office, outlook
  • Good command of the English language both written and spoken
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Good in negotiation skill and communication skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High motivate person
  • Initiative, well planned, and active
  • Leadership and strong management skills
