JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Marketing & Content Creator is responsible for assisting in any company event and in execution of marketing strategies, creating engaging content across various platforms, and contributing to the overall growth of company brand presence.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality written content for social media, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Conduct research on industry trends and topics to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing social media (Naki Suites FB&IG) accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media analytics to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help develop a social media calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR and Admin Department in managing and coordinating for any company event and stay engaged with employees to make sure the event is delivered successfully and effectively.
- Work closely with other team members including graphic designers, and project managers to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
- Attending team meetings and contributing ideas for improving marketing strategies.
Administration:
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets including images, videos, and documents related to marketing initiatives.
Stay Current:
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices to continuously improve on marketing knowledge.
- Stay upgrade in the industry trends by researching and attending necessary courses up improve industry knowledge.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Knowledge:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: No experience needed, but having 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing coordination is a plus.
- Knowledge:
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to adapt tone based on target audience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut or Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills & Abilities:
- Language: Khmer language (mother tongue) and good command of English both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy: Good command of Content Creation tools (Canvas, Capcut, Adobe, ChatGPT).
- Other: Strong interpersonal and good communication skills, Outspoken, confident, and reliable with ability to work well in team.
