JOB SUMMARY

Senior Graphic Designer: He/she is responsible for leading our creative design initiatives, he/she will provide creative direction, mentorship, and hands-on design expertise to the team. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing creative concepts, maintaining brand consistency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple design projects, and staying updated on industry trends.

Communication Officer: The Communication Officer will be responsible for creating compelling content for various communication channels, building and maintaining media relationships, managing social media, supporting internal communication strategies, assisting with event planning, and analyzing communication metrics.

JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Senior Graphic Design

Design Leadership:

  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to the team, ensuring the highest quality of design work.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and design reviews, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the department/team.

 

Conceptualization:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral.
  • Translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand message.

 

Graphic Design:

  • Create visually stunning graphics for various marketing campaigns, including but not limited to brochures, posters, social media graphics, and email templates.
  • Continuously push the boundaries of design to create fresh and unique visual content.

 

Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company’s visual identity.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and web developers, to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between the design team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and project coordination.

 

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when necessary to support design projects.

 

Stay Current:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to elevate the overall design capabilities.
  • Stay upgrade in the industry trends by researching and attending necessary courses up improve industry knowledge.

 

II. Communication Officer:

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling content for various communication channels, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Craft engaging narratives that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.

 

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement with our audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze social media data, and strategize campaigns.

 

Internal Communication:

  • Assist in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure internal communications are effective and aligned with organizational goals.

 

Event Support:

  • Assist in planning and promoting events, conferences, and other organizational activities.
  • Create promotional materials and manage event-related communication.

 

Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to make continuous improvements in communication efforts.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT 

Knowledge:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years as graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
  • Knowledge: 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good storytelling abilities and the capacity to convey messages precisely clearly.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a flexible and fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Language: 
  • Good command of Khmer language (mother tongue).
  • Good command of English both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy:
  • Good command of designing software.
  • Good command of Office 365 tools (required).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
